Location rental includes day-use of 3-acres, optional day- or overnight-use of the guest house, and access to main house outdoor spaces: beach, peninsula, outdoor infinity pool, kitchen, cabana bathroom, covered terraces. Multiple photo site options available: oceanside, bayside, sunset, beach, sand, grassy, peninsula, banyan tree, garden, lawn, terrace, modern, rustic, chic, shabby, etc.
Need Flexibility?
Unlike many other sites, we don’t rent this site for weddings or events. Whether you’re shooting on a daily schedule or over a longer time…YOU have the assurance that no one else’s event schedule dictates your production.
Date Not Yet Determined?
We understand there are uncertainties in life. We do NOT charge fees if you must change your photo location date(s) (although you DO need to book far in advance to ensure availability)! Cancellation fees do apply, however, if you cancel with less than 60 days’ notice.

What is the estate rental cost?
The Serenity Cay® private estate ‘flat photo location rental rate’ includes day-use of outdoor spaces and starts at USD $3,000 per day. Options are available for (A) day-use of the outdoor kitchen for food preparation, (B) day-use of the Guest Cottage (as a makeup / changing area / staging area), (C) overnight-use of Guest Cottage (4 guests max), (D) indoor use of main house, (E) indoor use of Guest Cottage, and (F) Full use of all indoor and outdoor spaces and amenities.
